Tour Programme

Day 1

Arrival day. Transfer to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, check-in. A visit to Khalaktyrsky beach with black volcanic sand on the Pacific coast. A very popular place both with locals and visitors which makes you feel like at the edge of the world.

Day 2

A tour of Medvezhya Chasha maar. A tour of Tolmachev lake and the surrounding area. This lake was created after a collapse of rocks into the river that blocked the waterway, forming a pool that later transformed into a lake. Here, you can observe bears in their natural habitat. A visit to Apacha hot springs where you can bathe in a pool with thermal water.

Day 3

A boat trip to the Tri Brata rocks and Starichkov island. Flounder fishing on the way. Transfer to the Russkaya Bay and a chance to see sea lions and orcas in their natural habitat. Fresh fish or seafood for lunch. The tour takes the whole day.

Day 4

Transfer to Capes Mayachny and Vertikalny. They offer a magnificent view of cliffs and the immense expanse of the ocean. The waves of the Pacific crash against the coastal cliffs — the nesting place of sea birds.

Day 5

Rafting on the Bystraya river (3 hours). Fish soup on the bank of the river, angling. The Bystraya flows among picturesque hills overgrown with dwarf pines and mountain alders. On the way, you can spot brown bears fishing. If you look up, you can spot the Seller’s sea eagle looking for food. Bathing in Malkinsky hot springs.

Day 6

Transfer to Dachny hot springs via Vilyuchinsky pass that offers a panorama of seven volcanoes (3 to 4 hours). A walking tour of Mutnovskaya geothermal power plant, the fumarole field where you watch minor mud volcanoes, fumaroles and boiling pools (2 to 3 hours). Spokoiny waterfall.
